​A major focus of the event was the new NOBEL-E and NOBEL-E PM series, which incorporates Power System’s latest air-end technology, direct-drive transmission systems and high-efficiency Permanent Magnet motors. These innovations are designed to deliver significant energy savings while maintaining dependable performance in demanding industrial applications.

The NOBEL-E PM range features IE5 Ultra Premium Efficiency Permanent Magnet motors, variable-speed drive technology and Power System’s latest generation screw air-ends. By matching compressor output to actual air demand, these machines can significantly reduce energy waste and operating costs compared to conventional fixed-speed compressors. According to Power System, energy savings of up to 50% can be achieved in suitable applications, helping businesses reduce both running costs and carbon emissions.

The compressors also feature direct-drive transmission systems, advanced cooling technology and intelligent electronic controls that optimise performance while reducing maintenance requirements. Low sound levels make them suitable for installation closer to the point of use, while improved accessibility simplifies routine servicing.

​Another key development showcased during the launch was the latest LOGIN controller platform, designed to give users greater visibility and control over their compressed air systems. The touchscreen controller enables real-time performance monitoring, remote control capabilities, multi-compressor management and integration with factory management systems via Modbus communication protocols. These features support modern Industry 4.0 requirements and allow users to monitor system performance more effectively while identifying potential energy-saving opportunities.
