Introducing the +GF+ Stress Less Pipe Guide, a cutting-edge pipe support system designed to alleviate stress caused by thermal expansion or seismic events. With a precise 3mm gap between the guide insert and pipe OD, it ensures optimal support without applying excessive force, regardless of bolt torque.

Key Features:
- Constructed with a steel hoop and plastic guide insert
- Steel hoop coated with trivalent gold chromium meeting ASTM B633 Type VI standards
- UV-resistant black polypropylene guide insert
- Mountable on flat surfaces or standard strut supports
- Hoop with mounting holes for SC-sized bolts (bolts not included)
- Recommended bolt strength of 70,000psi (482 MPa) or higher
- Rated design loads for various directions (Fy, Fz, -Fz) in lb-f and N
Additionally, a stainless steel hoop bracket is available as an option.

The P1F Series in bore sizes Ø32 to 125mm is an ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinder suitable for standard, low & high temperatures. With various piston rod materials and wiper/rod sealing options for a wide range of applications. Strokes up to 2500 mm.

With all components held in stock, Hanley can ship cylinder orders for next working day delivery to UK & Ireland.
