The SERIES AVUL Air Velocity Transmitter quickly and accurately measures air velocity or volumetric flow in imperial or metric units. Simultaneous current and voltage outputs on all models provide universal inputs to monitoring equipment while the output range, units, and 0 to 5/10 VDC output can be configured via local DIP switches. The optional integral display, or the portable remote display tool, provide a convenient way to locally monitor process values and configure the unit.

 The Itron MZ quantometer has been distributed in Ireland by Hanley Controls since 1998. This exceptionally reliable gas meter has been used in practically all commercial and industrial applications since its introduction.
The installation of the MZ is very simple in comparison with others. Its wafer type pattern (DN50 and DN80) mean it is as simple to install as a simple butterfly valve. Furthermore, it requires only 3 pipe diameters upstream to ensure its 1.5% accuracy. The short body of the meter makes it even simpler to install. With its use of the Itron Cyble Technology meaning that there is no pulse slippage and no issues with backflow. Variations Aside from the standard range the MZ offers a range of options. For biogas applications, the meter can be offered PTFE lined. Tappings can also be offered for temperature and pressure monitoring, while the meter can also be offered with high frequency outputs. For higher pressure applications, the meter may be offered with the Itron Corus volume corrector, calculating normalised flow from the actual flow.
