Lab Gas and Air Hook Up Solution from HCCL

Measuring Liquid Concentration orDensity In Processing Industries

In the processing industries such as food& beverage, sugar refining, chemicals and kraft pulping, liquid material is flowing through pipelines, and it must be measured. Throughout the process, liquid composition and concentration change, and measurements of these changes can be used as a key parameter for data-based decision making with regard to process adjustments.

As a result, product quality and production efficiency and sustainability can be substantially improved. A density meter or an in-line refractometer? There are many analytical process instruments for measuring liquid concentration, among which the most commonly used are liquid concentration and density measurements.

Hanley Controls (Clonmel) Ltd. was delighted to sponsor the recent “Theo English” U11 Festival of Hurling held in South Tipperary.

An event based on Participation for all kids in a developmental environment where all kids/teams played multiple games and teams and every child got to take home a Sliotar and a Goodie Bag.

The event was in honour of Theo English, a hurling great in Tipperary, and Munster whose skills and competitive spirit inspired many who followed in South Tipperary and further afield.

Thanks to all the Host clubs Clonmel Og, Killenaule & Clerihan for their cooperation over 3 venues and for the young whistlers who did an excellent job.

Well done and thank you to “Hanley Controls Clonmel” & “Greenfields” for the support with this local event for the kids/clubs.

PARKER A-LOK SMALL BORE TUBE TRAINING

A recent Parker SBEX training course Hanley Controls (Clonmel) Ltd. did at our customer's location. The site is using a large qty of our PARKER A-LOK fittings, valves, Instrument tube & Clamps range. With a number of new starters on this phase of the Pharma project, we agreed it would be good practice and a good investment for all involved to have every installer take part in the course. The key elements/goals of the course are as follows:

•Increase understanding of SBT systems and components
•Improve SBT systems Safety
•Enhance SBT systems Integrity
•Reduce Production losses
•Augment skills and confidence whilst working on SBT systems
•Practical training on Fittings assy, tube bending & Clamping
