Ideally used in Hospitals, Schools, Leisure Centres and Nursing Homes. Your cold water needs to keep moving to maintain the cold temperature. If it rises above 20 degrees there is a danger of legionella.
Our Kemper Splitter Valves and End of Line Flush systems will maintain the cold water temperature with constant movement through the valves and the end of line flush, which can be set by temperature, time or volume. The hot water needs to be maintained above 55 degrees to prevent legionella. We can do this by installing our auto Eta Therm/Multi Therm Balancing Valves where needed to keep the correct temperature throughout the building.
